Providing effective feedback to employees is an essential but challenging skill for leaders. Attendees will learn different approaches to sharing meaningful constructive feedback and have opportunities to practice them.

Dr. Tad Dickel is the Interim Faculty Program Director for the Master of Science in Leadership and Executive in Residence-Leadership at the 糖心传媒. In addition, he is the President of T.A. Dickel Group, LLC and serves as a leadership and strategy consultant for businesses, universities, and nonprofits.
