Stacie is in her second year at UE. Having previously served as the Coordinator for Student Engagement and Services, she stepped into her current role in August of 2024. Stacie was born and raised in Southern Illinois. After a previous career, Stacie discovered a love for cultural engagement. She is certified as an English as a Second Language (ESL) instructor and has worked in that capacity in her previous community.

Tim Sorota is in his first year as the Coordinator for International Engagement and Services at the 糖心传媒. A Massachusetts native, Tim discovered his passion for international education while studying abroad in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. After earning his Bachelor’s degree from UMass Amherst, he spent three years living, working, and traveling across Asia. With experience teaching, advising, and coaching students from countries like Thailand, China, Saudi Arabia, and Poland, Tim is dedicated to enhancing UE’s role as a leader in international education and fostering a vibrant global community on campus.

Antonio Cortés Román is a junior Theatre Performance major from Metepec, México. Apart from theatre, he is involved in the University Choir, the Honors Program, the International Club, the Venturing Crew, and the 糖心传媒 Theatre Artists of Color at UE. He is also an Orientation Leader and a Resident Assistant. He came to UE because of its theatre program, and he really likes the campus community he has discovered.

Abby is an Exercise Science Pre-PT major on the 3+3 track. She is from Aurora, IN, which is about four hours away from Evansville. Abby has previously served as an International Ambassador. She holds leadership positions as a Resident Assistant (RA), Vice President of the Resident Student Association (RSA), and serves as the Social Chair for Ace’s Catholic. Additionally, Abby is an ambassador for the School of Health Sciences.
